Managing Director

Noel Gertz

At the heart of REELS is Noel Gertz, a proud Gugu Badhun man. Noel was the recipient of National and State Advocacy awards relating to training and employment for Indigenous jobseekers in the resources and infrastructure industries. Noel’s 15 years within government agencies includes TAFE, the Department of Employment, Education, Training and Youth Affairs and ATSIC has given him a strong foundation in understanding and working within the system to achieve positive outcomes. Noel has further applied that experience working in support of various resource sector and construction projects and programs to support the training, development and employment of First Nations People for the past 30 years in the private sector.
